| Aeshna grandis (Brown Hawker - Ruskoukonkorento) and Sympetrum vulgatum (Vagrant Darter - Punasyyskorento) for size comparison. Brown Hawker is probably the most common hawker in Finland. It can be seen also far away from a body of water. Vagrant Darter can be seen almost anywhere, too. It is one of the most common species in the fall and it can survive in very low temperatures. |
