Hi Emmanuel
I just said to Andrea (elefantino) "I will say wow, nice-nice, and all those wonderful things while wishing you good luck for the game, but if I find a French fan I am going to do the same with a hidden agenda by hopefully enticing you both to visit my site (ha-ha-ha, how's that for honesty?)" So I looked at his critiquers and there was the French fan and that is why I now visit your photo to say good luck for the game. You two almost had the same photo, but apparently different species though, however, is this co-incidence? Does that mean we will see a draw with a penalty kick-out? We will have to wait and see.
On a more serious note, your photo is absolutely stunning. You show this darter in the best of possible ways. The perfectly overhead shot makes that one see the complete body and those lovely wings in all its glory.
The composition is marvellous, the colours are really stunning – rich and well saturated, the details are tack sharp – especially showing the hinges where the wings are attached to the body in such brilliant sharpness, the BG is well removed and totally OOF which isolates and enhances the insect very well, and the exposure was perfectly managed.
Very good work and TFS.
Regards
Loot
