Aceras anthropophorum, Orchis anthropophora, Orchis homme-pendu observé sur l'une des pelouses sèches de La Côte à la Manche.
"Petit, vivace. Feuilles oblongues lancéolées, carénées, luisantes. Fleurs jaune verdâtre, en long épi dense ; pétales et sépales en capuchon ; labelle à silhouette humaine, parfois teinté de brun rouge ; pas d'éperon ; floraison en mai et juin. This is an excellent capture of a Man Orchid, a species I've never seen before! (Had to look it up in my Med. flora! :-)) Excellent light showing the details and natural colours very clearly.
