Yes, this is a very good photo. The contrast of the moving unsharp water and the sharpness of the heron is very effective.

The crop enhances this composition even further.

I like the longer exposure used, its proved very effective and different. I think the composition could be improved slightly as the Heron feels a little tight to the frame edges to me.

Overall very good though.

Solid shot with exception sense of moment. Love the slow shutter giving blur to the water offset against the sharpness of the heron. Very nice!
