You must be wondering why I went back to one of your older postings to award my smiley. I just adore the colour purple and your photo " Phyteuma orbiculare" caught my eye while browsing through the gallery. As a newcomer I have missed out on so many of the older postings. This is a wonderful close-up with fine detail. I like the sunlight stripes falling on some of the flower’s leaves, and the blurred green background brings out the purple shades and rounds of this colourful photo.

another lovely nd pleasant presentation of wild flower. I like its special petals that clumped together to give an exciting feature.
