I am never keen to see fungi photos taken with the sun on them the colour of the light does not look right. I am not sure about your ID Pholiota species normally have scales on the cap.

First of all, receive my late welcome to TN.
It is impossible to say with only this view, but this look like Armillaria and not Pholiota from this point of view.
I think the composition is pleasant, and the sunny atmosphere gives a natural look to the photo. The light is a bit hard for my personal taste, so I dared a workshop, hope you don't mind.
