Hi Laurent

This is a splendid shot of these two Lestes damselflies here!
I really like the sharpness you managed to get on the body and head of both of them - terrific focus! Surely, you could not have had their wings in focus with any lens...i don't think such a big DOF was invented yet for macros.
I also like the very beautiful and uniform BG you managed to put behind the two. Its pattern and slow gradiation from one color to another is most charming.
The use of flash is also impeccable, and it brings out some more wonderful details from your subjects.
Not to forget: the WS picture is magnificent, too! All your subjects seem to be in great focsu there, as well, despite their different position.

Eh bien moi je la trouve très intéressante ton image. En plus la composition est bonne et les couleurs d'une grande finesse. Quelque fois un certain manque de perfection rend l'image plus vivante et naturelle.

Je pense que cette photo est d'autant plus superbe qu'elle a un tout petit défaut (vu l'action des sujets!!!) normal donc!!
ce qui la rend bien réelle car il y a des moments, en photo, ou la netteté passe aprés le moment extraordinaire mis en boite !
j'attends la prochaine donc

Salut Laurent,
C'est vraiment pas facile à réaliser correctement ce genre de photo. Je suis épatée par cette ouverture que tu as utilisé
F 18... Elle devaient bouger un peu pour que les ailes soient un peu floues mais ça ne me dérange pas du tout. La photo dans le WS est vraiment bien aussi, elles étaient vraiment synchros :) Superbes photos. Merci!

Your picture in the workshop is brilliant, this one is good too but not quite sharp in close-up. I like seeing the two pairs together both sharply in focus and in fine colours. Beautiful background too in this excellent composition. Well done!

I have missed this cute shot. Sorry. It is very attractive by subject and composition. Details of the dragonflies and stem is very good. Sharpness is little bit worse. The BG is simply amazing as well as the vertical cropping is very impressive/ My best wishes and TFS.
