Hello Gaetan,
a fine picture of this delicate fly species of the family Bombyliidae.
The characteristics of the insect are well shown. Nevertheless, I'm not really sure concerning species identification.
I suggest Geron gibbosus.

Fantástica luz, fondo y colorido.
Tiene bastantes similitudes con Bombylius, en concreto con Bombylius minor, pero no estoy seguro de ello.

This little fly is wonderful. Beautiful colors, details and textures. I love the pose standing on the flower. The background and frame are perfect. A lovely composition.

Gaetan, this is an amazing creature with such long legs and so much of hair on its body.
Very good macro shot with sharp focus on the subject.
The OE flowers actually go well with this composition.

Hello Gaetan,

Very good picture of this bee-fly. It seems to belongs to the Bombylius sp. if you look at the pattern on the wings but this specimen has lost a lot of hair on the abdomen and thorax. Good sharpness and beautiful colours.

This is a fine side view of the pretty Bee-fly on the flowers. I saw several of this species yesterday but they wouldn't sit still!
Great focus and sharp details against the soft background. Excellent work!
