Great sharpness and colours, though I'm not too fond of the frame and signature. Still a cracking photo of a caterpillar in it's natural habitat.

This is no Butterfly caterpillar, but one of the day flying moths, another of the black and red ones Cinnabar Moth (Tyria jacobaeae) seen here on its food plant the highly poisonous Oxford Ragwort.

A lovely composition, Brigitte. Striking predominantly yellow color setting provided by the flowers, and a good positioning of the caterpillar in the scene. Good use of DOF, too, very nice.

La composition est vraiment très belle, avec un ensemble de couleurs chatoyantes, chenille comprise. Excellent cadrage, présentant la chenille à la fois isolée et intégrée aux fleurs. Une intense sensation d'été également. Très belle photo!

I LOVED IT SO MUCH THAT I "FAVED." IT.
In the workshop version it has lost its appeal. (WITHOUT PREJUDICE)
The focusing, contrasts,BG, POV, DOF and your notes are so well done that I applause your art. The frame is done with taste. BRAVO.
