Nice macro image Sebastien.
I like the colors, but a little more saturation would not be to bad.
The fly is a bit to much centered in the frame imho.
A small crop of the left side would bring the fly out of the center and add to the composition.
The image is also a little soft and goeld use a bit of an unsharp mask.
I did some work for you in photoshop.
