Very pretty Moth, which you have shot with great technical skill and with an eye for compositional beauty, Brigitte. You have succeeded on both counts. Congratulations!
However, I would have chosen a black frame.
The purple frame tends to dominate the appeal of those purple flowers within the frame. Anyway, that is a very subjective opinion.

A fine capture of a Burnet moth, her the Six-spot Burnet (Zygaena filipendulae) taken from a nice dorsal POV with good sharpness on the and well composed on the Centaurea flower.

Hi Brigitte.I have not seen one this year which is unusual. You have taken this with good detail and your use of the sun has given bright colours. I also fine the frame colour a little over powering. Well done TFs.

Ces petites Zygènes sont vraiment magnifiques, et tu as très bien réussi à capturer celle-ci - les couleurs vives et ensoleillées sont très agréables, les détails sont réussis, la composition et le POV sont excellents. Même si je suis plutôt d'accord avec Ram quant à la couleur du cadre, cela reste une très belle image ! Félicitations !
