[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note [French]
Hello to all, with a little of delay I dedicate this image to all those who saw and posted some words on my clichés(pictures). This one was realized this summer in Pla D' adet in 1700 metres in height, or unstuck paraglidings. On the other hand I hesitate for id between Lysandra coidon and polyommatus icarus.
Thanks to you

Hello Gaetan,
this is a precise and beautiful picture of Lysandra corydon. Colours and details are perfect.
The brownish hindwing underside indicates that this is a female.
Best wishes, Peter

Hello Gaetan,
Excellent picture of the Chalk Hill Blue, with very good colour and fine detail. I am sure Peter is right and that this is L. coridon. There is another, very similar species in the Midi-Pyrenees, called Lysandra hispana or Provence Chalk Hill Blue, but this is not usually found above 1000m, so is less likley to be your subject. Thanks, I am putting this with my favourites.
Alan

Hi Gaetan.
You managed to catch this little beauty very well. I like natural surroundings, light and colours, perfect low POV and excellent sharpness of the butterfly, very impressive BG. May be cropping on the top is disputable a little bit. My complements and all the best in 2008.
Alexei.

Hi Gaetan,

A beautiful butterfly captured in a wonderful pose. I love the natural colors in this shot. Excellent details of the head, body, antennae and wings.

Hello Gaetan,
lovely little butterfly!
This image is very flattering for this insect :)
I think it's cropped too tight above the butterfly but otherwise the composition is spot-on.
I also like the POV as it gives a clear view of its wing.
Great sharpness and detail.
Well done my friend!
Merci,
Joe

Ciao Gaetan,

amicalement,
