hello pat,
fine capture of the mantis, the insect is looking directly in to the lens, nice pose captured, well composed shot, recently i had posted a mantis and during shooting that shot i came to know how well this insect gives poses and is a delight to shoot,

J'aime beaucoup l'attitude de celle-ci qui semble surprise de te trouver là et la composition est belle mais la photo est un peu bruyante..

Nice capture of mantis! i like the natural surrounding and the clarity on the insects face and antennae. I feel the complete antennae would have given much better effect.

bonjour pat
je suis un peu d'accord avec servane en ce qui concerne le bruit,as tu deja essayé neatimage?
contrairement a elle moi j'ai trouvé tois mante cette année et c'est pour moi une premiere.
bon revenons a nos moutons,mis de coté le bruit le reste est tres bon,netteté ,couleurs naturelles attitude de la mante et gros travails d'encadrement.

Je découvre à mon tour votre galerie et j'ai un faible pour cette mante religieuse ! Je ne sais pas pourquoi, c'est un insecte qui m'intrigue beaucoup... peut être car la mante religieuse a elle-même toujours un air intrigué ! :o)
