Il s'agit d'une tégénaire (Tegenaria saeva) bien connue (et pas vraiment aimée) des ménagères pour ses toiles en forme d'étagères.
Il s'agit d'un mâle : il est maigre, ce qui indique que sa dernière orgie date un peu, et ses pédipalpes sont très développés.

regarding the ID, It is a male - I think it is either Araneus quadratus of Araneus diadematus and the former looks more likely.
