I saw this funny white mushroom in the forest of Bouchet close to Annecy.

From my book, the scientific name is Hygrophorus eburneus...

This mushroom is covered by a transparency glue.

This is special and the whites are are superb! Thanks for taking this beauty.

Brilliant capture, Christian. I can almost feel the sticky goo at the top. You did well in capturing the textures and colour of this fungi. Excellent work.

Christian, these just get better and better. It's a great shot showing so much detail in what is a very white fungi. It's fantastic.

I can see why many are photographing Fungi simple because they really do seem to have a certain quality and magic in the forest. These look fantastic and your exposure is spot on. Great stuff Christian.

Otra interesante captura de tu saga de hongos.
Buen presentacion, con una perspectiva y encuadre adecuados.
Blancos bien definidos y un DOF aceptable.

Another interesting capture of your saga of fungis.
Good presentation, with a perspective and frame suitable.
Whites right defined and an acceptable DOF.

Christian, I must say that the shot is another superb one! The angle/perspective showing the ribbed structure underneath & the tandem comp. with an apparent earlier stage of growth works out well..Touche!!

super photo ! l'effet luisant particuliairement prononcé donne vraiment une sensation de plastic :)

WOW, the look really IMACULATE. It seems that have grown directly from heaven some minutes ago. The composition, the colours, the light makes them perfect. Thanks!!

The whites are so perfect, it looks so delicate very nice.
