Very nice pose, you captured the right moment!
Sharpness and exposure are good too.

Still it somehow seems strange, not quite sure why. Did you do any PP, or was it the flash maybe? The branch has lots of reflecting highlights, and while the fruit may have less due to the different surface, the bird also has little, particularly the head. It gives bird and fruit a bit of a flat look when compared to the more 3D-looking branch.
Sorry for drawing the suboptimal points out so, I was just puzzling over it. It still is a good picture which I very much enjoyed. Thank you for posting!

Nice colours. Good sharpness and detail. I would have cropped some from lrft side to off centre the bird and clone out some of the out of focus branches in the background. There also appears to be some dirt on your lens or sensor. You cah see this spot just under the leaf on the left. TFS
