amazing capture, almost like a painting, how come Red-crowned Amazon is in France? TFS Ori

This is just amazing!!!!!!!! We only see them in cages in South Africa and I love parrots - I have an African Grey parrot that walks loose in the house. He only sleeps in his cage and is so tame, he lies on his back to have his chest scratched and falls asleep like that! So this photo is very special for me

Betsie

Jean,

Amazing shot of this bird in flight. Sharp and colorful and set very well against blue sky.

Hi JeanPierre, well done with this not too fast lens, probably the d300 makes up for it. Nice sharpness and splendid colours. Well done Reina

A very warm welcome to you to TN, Jean Pierre.
What a fantastic POV of this flying parrot.
The pose is perfect as it allows you to see all the beautiful markings.
The colors are dazzling, and the details are excellent.
A very rare kind of shot, that of a parrot in flight.
Merci pour le partage.

JeanPierre,

This bird definitely makes for a colorful in-flight shot! I think the color combination works very well here, coupled with excellent detail, sharpness and composition.. Very nicely done. TFS.

Martin
