la petite difficulté ( heureusement que c'est un ver et qu'il n'est pas très énervé) : ne pas trop trembler car pas de flash pour "fixer" la bestiole

This is a "Lampyris noctiluca" which I found under leaves , this summer , in Landes (South-West France). I tried to shoot a nocturnal picture , keeping the green light of worm , only to see if the natural color would be preserved.
Luckyly for me that worm was very cooperative and stood still.

Welcome to TN Christine,
I presume I have got the translation right and you have captured the Glow of what we call a Glow worm? (Lampyris noctiluca). A difficult capture so well done.
You could do with update your notes with a few more details about both the subject and how you went about capturing this image, they are the sort of thing expected of posts to TN.

I'm not sue what I'm looking at here, but I do know Vers luisant means glow-worm. (I was a guide at the Waitomo Glow Worm Cave for several years). The glow worm I know is Arachnocampa luminosa and is the larva of a fungus gnat that looks like a small female cranefly. I don't think this could be the same type of glow-worm though. They have a tiny point of blue light. Do you know what this species is?
Some more notes would be good.

Bienvenue Christine. Il est évident qu'il est difficile de photographier un ver luisant, car le contraste est très fort entre le noir et une petite lumière finalement assez intense. Cela dit, votre expérience est très intéressante, et je vais essayer l'été prochain. Je pense qu'un léger éclairage du ver luisant, avec une lampe de poche par exemple, laissant malgré tout apparaître sa propre lueur devrait permettre d'arriver à un résultat. Une mise au point manuelle s'impose aussi. En tout cas, merci de nous avoir ouvert la voie.
