[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
A couple of days ago we went to the Teich bird reserve in the Le Bassain du Arcachon. To our surprise the air was full of these white storks flying around. The richness of the reserve is amazing with hundreds of storks, spoonbills and Little Egrets everywhere.

This is a fantastic place for close encounters with birds from 20 hides spread over the area and along the 6 km of footpaths.

So it was actually no huge achievement to take this photo of a flying white stork.... ;o)

I took this in rawformat and used Adobe Lightroom for some adjustments before the edit in Photoshop CS3 beta

Hi Bengt,
absolutely magnificent capture that is sharp and crisp. It looks slightly superimposed on to the background but I expect that's because of sharpening.
