Hi Sebastien,
your photo shows Oudemansiella mucida (Schrader 1794) Höhnel 1910; its main macroscopic features are all slimy surfaces, white, broad and ventricose lamellae and the membranous ring on the stipe.
It grows abundant on dead wood of Fagus sylvatica but you can find it also on others kind of wood.
It is a good photo, congratulations.
