Hi Gaetan,
You certainly have the knack for macro photography. A well cploured, good definition and sharp photo of the fly. Just a pity it is not facing the camera more.

Dear Gaetan!
It was long ago when I visited your gallery last time but finaly I am here again :)
Flies are not very popular object of photography here on TN (except maybe two families: Syrphidae and Asilidae) so at first: many thanks for this non-commercial photo :)
But according to technique I have to add some more words: I like composition - its is asymetric but very good for watching. Also details and BG are great (moreover thanks to delicate BG the object is perfectly presented).
According to the ID I can only say that it is probably fly from Tachinidae or Muscidae falimies, but nothing more as for now :)

A wonderful macro of this fly showing every detail clearly. Beautiful colors and a wonderful background. The composition is superb! I like the positioning in the lower corner and the part of a flower showing in the opposite upper corner. Beautiful!

c'est peut etre une graphomya maculata mais je n'en suis pas sûr.
l'image est tres belle,c'est nette sur le sujet et flou sur le BG.
j'airais surprimé la partie de fleur en haut a gauche.

Bonjour Gaetan,

Très jolie composition avec un excellent focus sur la mouche.Ce n'est pas une bebête que j'aime particulièrement mais tu as réussi à en faire l'ingrédient d'une image délicate et joliment colorée.

Super le match! ( à part la première demie heure)

Bonjour Gaetan, ce n'est qu'une mouche, mais la mise en boite est réussie!! et particulièrement ce qui m'attire le regard c'est la légèreté des pistils et la fragilité des pattes de l'insecte sur lesquels elles prennent appui, le tout associé au contraste de teintes!! le rappel des fleurs dans le coin ne me gêne pas.
