nice bee capture but the flowers overwhelm it. i'd recommend cropping closer to the bee.

Excellent timing Jonathan. Nice sharp shot of the bee.Welcome on TN.May be this shot would be better on TL, while the cherry tree might be the reason, why they will remove your shot from TN as it is not wild nature, it happened something similar to me with magnolia tree.TFS

Nice shot Jonathan excellent freeze on the bee, lovely detail of the flowers and I like the sky background. well composed TFS rgds Necip.
Salut Jonathan,
Excellent compo with a beautiful natural setting! Cropping this photo would completely destroy what we see here.
I also wish to add an alarming bit of news about bees! Recent reports on unusually high beekills suggest that perhaps cell phones are to blame.
Are we ignorantly committing Apidae-cide?
Like you I like these humblebees which have tricks regular honeybees do not have.
Excellent PoV here of the bee approaching these blossoms. It shows us so much more than just another photo of another insect... bee, b'fly, bug, what have you... Am I right that these are cherry blossoms? < I am going by the leaves > Tfs, Jay
PS Notes would be nice! I encourage you to take the time to add some...

Very nice in-flight bee photo with beautiful spring blossoms and blue sky. This photo is exceptionally sharp and crisp. Good composition.
