I love the bright colours and composition. Very nice shot!

Lovely colors. Your f/stop of 2.8 and low exposure speed suggest you had to shoot this under low light conditions, which has given you a very small DOF, resulting in the blurry area in the center. You could try reshooting on a tripod, and stopping down to at least f/8 to get more DOF.

Great shot, the midle looks like blowing out of the flour.
