good focus nice composition with the flower. it's be nice if more of the wings were visible. also slightly more DOF to get the wings in focus would be nice. good colors.

Hi Laurent.
Excellent capture of this amazing butterfly.Good composition with pretty diagonalle position on flower(it is pity as though bit lower wings be out of the frame).I like accurate sharpening on body and very nice point of view.Colors are wonderful and blurred BG is superb.In those position with full opened wings it is not possible hereof big butterfly holds the entire in focus,IMHO.Well done.

This is a superb looking Butterfly and you captured the image of it very well. It is so annoying when we miss a little bit of our subjects, isn't it. Never mind, you did extremely well with your presentation. Beautiful.

This one is also beautiful. I agree with you that swallowtails are fast moving and difficult to get a good shot. I have a few photos of swallowtail taken in the wild. May share with you in the near future. Very well done and tfs.

Hi Laurent,
Splendid shot of the Swallotail with impressive sharpness and nice colours. Excellent POV to present it and the smooth BG highlights it well. It is a pity that the tip of the tail is cropped and the wing edges are out of focus. Anyway, very nicely composed. Kudos.

Bonjour Laurent,
even thought the lighting was not in your favour you did quite well capturing this beautiful swallow tail. Details are nice and sharp and the POV is excellent.
A bit more contrast and darkening might improve the overall look.
