pretty good presentation of the wasp. Very well focused and shown in a nicely composed picture. With respect to species identification, I'm also not sure. Do you have a dorsal view?

Did you also use negative flash compensation? I like the effect you got... no glare, no black background.
The sharpness of the wasp is perfect. You chose a very effective crop and composition.

Hi Laurent,

What a big antenna's and eyes. It's a hunter or not. When I see the other (workshop) photo and the little flies overthere. He's hunting? I find the yellow colors of the workshop photo nicer. The yellow color of this photo is a bit green/yellow. I'm a right?? For the rest an amazing photo. Great POV and DOF and a very nice BG. regards and TFS Bob
