What a wonderful composition showing this little Argus in a fine pose on the dry grass.

hoo..c'est beau!!
Cette compo est vraiment belle avec ces couleurs chaudes et cette jolie lumière.
Bonne netteté et bonne utilisation du flash ( et pourtant je ne suis pas fan en général)
je suis d'accord pour l'ID mais il est vrai que ces argus sont tellement proches les uns des autres que c'est souvent un casse-tête pour les identifier à coup sûr.

A very beautiful macro with an exceptional composition to it, too!
The details on this lovely butterfly are terrific - very sharp and clear and the side POV shows the beauty of its wings well.
Very good flash management and exposure that also created a very good contrast between the butterfly and the BG.
Spot-on DOF and nice framing, too.
Overall: wonderful work!

Ce n'est peut-être pas très original de commenter une photo qui a une telle réussite, mais il est tout aussi difficile de trouver dans ta gallerie des images un peu moins commentées! C'est dire à quel point tes images plaisent, et celle-ci est tout simplement un chef d'oeuvre sur tous les plans.

Je crois qu'il n'y a rien d'autre à dire...
