A nice mothlike buterfly in the Pyrenean mountains... The picture was taken in the early afternoon with the sun quite high in the sky...
Montferrer is situated at an altitude of +/-800m in the Southern flanks of the Pyrenean mountains.
I do not know the name of this moth but if someone can help... |

Bienvenido a TN Michel.
Bonito insecto y la flor que lo soporta, aunque algo alejados.
Adecuados colores y buena profundidad.
Lamentablemente, no aclaras ni con que cámara y sus valores de exposicion, como tampoco detallas en tus notas de que especies se tratan o en que condiciones realizaste la captura.
Buen intento.
Welcome to TN Michel. Pretty insect and the flower that support it, although something remote.
Suitable colors and good depth.
Lamentably, you do not clarify nor with what camera and its values of exposure, as you do not detail either in your notes which species are or in which conditions you made the capture.
Good attempt.
It looks like the flower is floating in the air, good capture but I wouls have cropped different and maybe got a litlle close to get more details here Michel...made a ws to compare

Welcome to TN Michel
I think this has lot of potential, the dubject is on a strong node, the clolours beautiful but just a bit soft. I wold crop just a bit at the bottom. And some more on the notes, please?!
les couleurs sont bien rendues et la fleur ressort bien aussi...belle macro...bien vu ...amicalement BI
Michel, I think you have a potentially good shot here. My suggesiton would be to get the subject larger or crop more (if possible). Still a good shot.
Greetings, Jan

Good picture, some relevant comments about different cropping and focus have been made alreday.
This is a Zygaenidae moth, probably Adscita statices or a closely related species.
Good work
