Quand Mr, en jaune pâle, poursuit Mme, en blanc verdâtre, cela donne un spectacle ' éclair '.
Ils ont une longévité de 11 mois.
Ils aiment les allées forestières, et les prairies bocagères.
Ici, nous voyons la femelle, qui, dans la parade nuptiale, baisse ses ailes, et redresse son abdomen, ce qui lui permet d'exposer une touffe d'écailles odorantes, qui attirent le mâle.
La femelle en plein repas
Là, leurs cousins : les citrons de Provence ou Gonepteryx cleopatra font leur parade nuptiale.

Hola Laurent,excelente toma complicada y bien resuelta, bonita composición con buena luz y con una mariposa totalmente enfocada, curiosa manera de volar alas por debajo del abdomen, me gusta.

Hi Laurent. This isan unusual pose of the two butterflies . the have a pastle look about them with the soft BG. somthing a bit different but i like it. well done for trying this .

Wonderful shot of these in-flight butterflies with very impressive sharpness. Lovely colours and you have captured them with great timing and in fine flying stages. Very skillful work done. The BG looks superb. Excellent POV and composition. Kudos.
