C'est aussi sous ses feuilles que la Mélitée du plantain pond ses oeufs par plaque.
Parfois on ne remarque pas sa présence ...
La Mélitée orangée se nourrit de ses feuilles, quand elle est au stade de chenille.

Hi Laurent. This such a fine close up of the plantain. the detail and colours are first class. a nice POV/DOF. A like the way the light shines arounfd the head.

Très joli cercle de lumière sur ce plantain en pleine floraison. J'aurais coupé un peu de vert sur le haut de la photo, mais c'est un détail. Elle est excellente.

Très bonne présentation de cette fleur de plantain. Très beaux détails et belles couleurs. J'espère qu'on va avoir une photo des oeufs de la mélitée du plantain par la suite.

Hi Laurent,
I see this plant on my garden during spring and summer. I knew that was a lanceolata, but didnt´know about which.
It´s a great macro, amazing details and great light.
Maybe i would cut a little bit part of the top of the pic, so the flower can be more centered.
