Hi Gaetan. Excellent detail in the picture of the Ladybirds. You are using the same lens as i have know purchased. we can see the all the hair like sides to the plant. good use of the light to give natural looking colours, against the plain BG. well done TFS.

Very good macro. Good light and detail.

These are the Harlequin Ladybird (Harmonia axyridis) which was introduced to Europe and North America from Asia. It is now widespread on both continents and is a threat to native ladybird species. I first saw them in the UK in 2006, and now they are a common sight in my local area.

They are called the Harlequin Ladybird as their colour varies dramatically - all kinds of combinations of red, orange, black and white. They are also called the Pumpkin Ladybird as they often appear in large numbers around Halloween. They will sometimes hibernate in houses in clusters of many thousands!

anatis ocellata voila ce que j'ai trouvé sur mon bouquin d'insecte mais sans etre sur,de plus on dirait des especes differentes!!!
a voir mais toujours est il que c'est une bonne photo surtout realisé avec un monopod(moins evident qu'un tripod a mon sens.)
