Hi Valerie,
Im glad you have decided to stay with us.
This is a beautifully composed shot of trees in the snow.
I think perhaps you were facing a little too much towards the light because there seems to be some curved lines of pixels across the sky.
The snow is a bit overexposed in places too,which just goes to show how difficult shots like this can be to get right.
Still,its a lovely shot.

Hi Valerie, everyone here is an addict. The addiction that make you feel so wonderful and expand your appreciation to nature.
This shot is very well shown in the manifestation of the perspective. A very dramatic blue sky and brilliant clarity.

I'm glad you're back! It seems taht the storm (in the watercup?)is over...

I like your landscape picture very much. The white snow and the blue sky create a fine contrast, the brown trees and their alignement produce a good perspective and depth of view. Just be aware of the loss of details in the burnt (totally white) parts of the snow in the foreground.

Ciertamente y como has comentado en mi foto, allí hace frío aún. Aquí empiezan las primeras flores, pero en pocas semanas ya habrá multitud de ellas e insectos abundantes para disfrutar.
Tu toma interesante, una bonita prespectiva, aunque la luz del primer plano se "escapó" un poco. Buen contaste de colores.
En cuanto a TK y los últimos acontecimientos, es una lástima. Lo que no entiendo es como los administradores de la web no se ponen en contacto con nosotros para comunicarnos como está la situación, por lo que demuestran muy poca sensiblidad, incluso algo de chulería !

Nice to see you've decided to keep with the rest of us and still post on TN.
I honestly hope that this site regains its initial spirit because it's simply unique in comparison to all other similar websites.
This is a very nice winter landscape from you. I like the repetition of the trees and the way they lead the view into the distance.
All the colors and exposure are spot-on and the details are also excellent.

My sincere apologies for reciprocating to your kind words on my new pictures a bit late, Valerie. I had to attend to some urgent business on account of my three weeks' absence from where I live now.
This is a very artistic picture of your estate bathing in bright sunshine after the snowfall.
The trees (which look like apple to me and which my brothers also tend to) make a symmetrical line within the deep blue sky and white snow on the ground. You chose your perspective very discreetly.

Ce n'était pas une photo facile et la neige est un peu trop surex! , il aurait fallu effectuer la mesure de luminosité sur la neige

I also cannot imagine myself without my TN friends and, it is clear, without posts. Thanks for your decision and nice picture. Its subject is very attractive. Impressive trees create a nice video-row which is looked perfectly against the amazing blue sky (it looks as though you have used polarizer filter). Diagonal structure of the shot is wonderful and exposure of the image (considering the snow weather) is very good too. My best wishes and TFS.

Long time no see. I am glad to see that you've decided to stay on TN. I am still in the mix if I will or will not stay. It is just not the same as a few months ago.
Anyway, this is a wonderful winter photo with a superb perspective. With a snow covered landscape a clear blue sky is always working like magic. I love the oddly shaped trees and your very low POV.
