I took this in France in the Haute loire region. I'm not sure if it's a marsh tit or willow tit? I don't think it's a blackcap as they are a little larger?
I would appreciate a definitive identification if possible. |

Hey Gary.
I think it is Parus palustris, Marsh Tit, because of the little black spot under the beak.
Nice shot, whit god eye contact.
