Cette espèce est le Lézard agile (Lacerta agilis).
C'est une espèce montagnarde qui habite les massifs de moyenne altitude de l'Europe de l'Ouest.
C'est un lézard de taille moyenne (20-25 cm). Le mâle arbore une magnifique couleur verte.
Approchez-vous et regardez ces deux passagers clandestins !

This species is the Sand Lizard (Lacerta agilis). It is a mountain species which lives in the mid-elevation massifs of Western Europe. It is a lizard of average size (20-25 cm). The male raises a splendid green color. Approach and look at these two stowawaies!

Very good detailed capture of both the lizard but also the 2 Ticks attached to it feeding. They seem very prone to attack from both Ticks and mites both of which can seriously weaken them if they are attacked by enough of them.

La capture détaillée très bonne de tous les deux le lézard mais également les 2 coutils a attaché à elle alimentant. Ils semblent très enclins attaquer des deux coutils et acarides dont tous les deux peuvent sérieusement les affaiblir si elles sont attaquées par assez d'elles.

what an excellent close up portrait of that lizard! Incedibly sharp on details, rich colours. And very good notes, as always. Poor thing, the lizard - without reading your note I would not have seen its parasites. Thank you for that outstanding piece of documentary nature photography!
