[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note

Hi Gerard
What a delightful little flower. I love the contrasting colours of the inner tepals 'corona' blotched with green & yellow and the brilliant orange of the stamens.
The composition is fine, but it is a pity that the flower is lying down on the bright BG. The exposure on the flower is good though.
Well done and TFS.
Regards
Loot

PS. Lately I am making a point of it, not to critique postings without any notes. However, I broke my own rule in order to pay back some debts owed to you. If I may say so, you should seriously consider providing some notes with your posting. If you are perhaps uncomfortable with English you are welcome to do it in French. Or do it in French and translate it to English with the Babel Fish translator.

Hi, very nice photo with good POV and excelent coloures. TFS

Hi Gerard,
Very nice and artistic shot.
Delightful colours, very well chosen focus.
Some very noisy areas just below the flower are a bit irritating, looking like a piece of unnatural textile.
But over all, picture is very well composed and looks pretty.
Thanks, and regards,
Peter

malheureusement nous devrons attendre encore quelques semaines sans doute pour nos premières perce-neige.
Merci pour cette belle présentation; macro très réussie, couleurs et mise au point.
Félicitations.

Hello Gerhard!
A beautiful macro shot, nice composed. Pretty lying flower. Wonderful colors, lighting and reflections.
Thanks

I like the inner colours, which contrast the white from the outside. Wonderful :)

Not exactly nature, with that BG, but a very pleasant flowershot. Maybe the light should have been a bit more diffused.
