He is better looking from further away, but you captured his head very well. I am interested in the red spot in the middle of his head. Very interesting shot and a first for me.

This is a unique view of a Cicada Patrick. I'd maybe lower the brightness a little. A very good angle,though,and good detail.

I have always wondered how the cicadas looked like, and trying to discover them, but no! They are so loud and so invisible. Very good picture!
