Une jolie Piéride (du navet peut-être) se promène de fleurs en fleurs.
ce matin de juin, au pied du Mont-Aiguille, elle trouve son bonheur dans de superbe salsifis des prés (tragopodon pratensis).
cette fleur a comme particularité de se refermer aux alentours de midi.
En des temps plus "durs" sa petite racine fut consommée comme légume par les hommes.
Aujourd'hui, elle ne fait plus qe le plaisir des campagnoles et parfois d'une piéride.

Les couleurs sont superbes, notamment le jaune de la fleur, je suis sur que c'est cette couleur qui a attiré le papillon.

Nice picture, only a little overexposed. The yellows are difficult to catch in strong sunlight.

Beautiful capture, but maybe a bit on the bright side. It may be a good idea to stop down on exposure for white butterflies etc.
Looks to me like a Pieris brassicae (Cabbage White Butterfly).
