Lavendel Butterfly
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
In the Ardeche, famous for his lavendel, I saw this butterfly. The always lasting soil, the seasonal waiting flowers and the nervous working butterfly, tree moments in time.
It is the Iphiclides podalirius (de koningspage)
Maybe it is the Scarce Swallowtail. |

Hey Hendrik, fine shot.
Nice composition, very creative.
But the white is burn, and flower in the left is very distracting IMHO.
Nice close up, i hope you'll forgive me :)
Hi Hendrik, I agree with NitzanCK about the burning white! Maybe using contrast, brightness and levels tools youl could reduce it.
I think you could crop the left side flowers they are distracting from the main object the butterfly. If you and I can made a workshop to you.
Nice Picture!
Not too bad, but very soft focus on the Machaon, I think it would have been better to wait alittle, and to get the machaon without the plant in front.

This is a good composition. The whites are bordering on being too hot, but is still good.
Very well done and thanks for posting
la composition est vraiment bonne mais donmmage que le papillon soit mal orienter et un peu sur-exposé.
comme l'a dit Japie cela reste tres agreablea regarder.
merci.
