Great shot! It seems that as if it was stretching there. I like the plain bg with a soft tones. pov, framing also great. Maybe a little bit sharpen on the caterpillar needed. But not so important. Well done on this one.

btw, I think that it can be a some kind of tent caterpillar.

I think this is an improvement from the last cat.
It has a bit more clarity and sharpness, with finer detail..I think you nailed the exposure and color here too :)
I know you are experimenting with your parameters and you will find what works best for you. As I said, I use +1 contrast, sat, and sharp. I have found they work the best..for me ;)

Are you happy with the 180mm Macro??? I heard it hunts a bit in autofocus. Is this so??
