This Silver-washed Fritillary (Argynnis paphia - male) came in my veranda and didn't know how to go out in spite of doors were open. I didn't know how to catch it to give it freedom without damage. I approached it very carefully and we looked at ourselves a long moment :-) I approached my hand and it climbed up with docility. It was a magic moment ! As it didn't seem in a hurry to fly away, I photographed it. The light was not very good in this end of day and the camera was heavy and difficult to set it with one hand only...

This is a lovely shot, the capture of a moment as much as it is the capture of a creature. Well done

Une PDC peut-être un tout petit peu courte mais une très belle image quand même.
