[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note [French]
This morning, during a walking around the port of La Seyne-sur-Mer (south of France)I met a fisherman coming back with numerous sea urchins collected in the sea. After opening them I took this picture. This echinoderm is only collected in our region during months in "R" The colored reproductive glands are only the eatable parts.
(accompanyed with dry white wine and some bread) mmmm!!!
