Hi Christian,
A great composition with good depth by having the rock in the f/g and the different layers of grass and gravel. The peak is well composed and the blue sky brings out the color of the gras and rocks perfectly. I do feel that you could have used a CP filter to control your exposure. The snow on the peak is too white and the top of the rocks have lost some details by the harsh sunlight.

Hello Christian,
A beautiful scene, It reminds me very much of the Himalayas. A great shot, I think the boulders in the foreground add some scale, beautiful colours and exposure. The haze across the mountain adds atmosphere too, a lovely shot. Great result for no PP too.

Very good landscape picture. Excellent composition with the inclusion of the rocks in the foreground and the majestic moutain the background. However, I think that it is a little overexposed. Because of the presence of darker than average elements troughout the frame the camera meter got fooled. Beautiful image, though, and it's gonna make my going to work this morning really hard (I'd rather go for a mountain hike, but some people have to work on Saturdays). Regards,

Hi Taz, your wonderful mountains. The boulders look quite rough and untidy. Do they break off and fall down from somewhere, or have they always been there? Very interesting.
The beautiful sunny sky and mountains remind me when we visited Courcheval and caught the cable car to the top of the mountains there. Another lovely sunny hot day! Good job my friend,

great submission here - the picture is really stunning and the detail excellent. I love the composition with the rock in the foreground, the path leading up to the mountain and the glacier(?) at the top. Really nice.

Another beautiful Alpine shot. Glorious scenery. Everything's very sharp considering a fairly wide aperture. Lovely blue sky, would have been even better with some fluffy clouds. I like to see the greenery in the foreground, I think the green stuff is the best part of the Alps, but I find the rocks in the foreground a little distracting.
