[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note [French]
Hat: of 3 to 7 cm, constituted of irregular convolutions, as welded "crisps" or in the shape of saddle of horse, whitish to cream-colored or ocher yellow of which some lobes are sometimes a little darker.

Blades: nothing

Ring: nothing

Foot: of 5 to 15 cm of known 3 loud to 5 cm of diameter, greatly ribbed, dug of longitudinal furrows, in the same way color that the hat

Period of picking: of the middle of the summer until the fall

Biotopes:its places of predilection are the foliate, sometimes the woods of conifers, the slopes, hollow paths and bushes, especially humid,

Confusions: it is part of a family where the shapes are similar enough but is the only one to present a plain aspect of clear hue

Family: ascomycètes, helvellacées,

Scientific name: helvella tensed

Commentaries
The flesh is whitish and of elastic consistence. The frizzy helvelle, curiosity of the nature by his aspect, seem to be an incomplete mushroom or devoured partially by the slugs. Edible mediocre when it is cooked, it proves to be toxic to the raw state.

Merci de partager.

Arrgh!!
I was looking at this ones in my archives yesterday, and thought: I hope I find one of this sometime... and here it is.
What a beautiful fungus you got. It is a pity it is not perfect sharp to see the textures. Thanks!!!

Well done on this capture. the composition is fine.
The only thing I'm finding is the focus, abit soft.
Well done on this one.

Mike

Weird but very nice. I like its colour and shapes. Good note and composition with grass and leaves. Good work Christophe!

very nice shot Christophe,
This is not an easy shot, and I like the result. Meaby a higher f stop cann made a better pof. But that are things you had to try out, very good job

Very good image Christophe. You handled the white very well. Good interesting post. well done

Nice shot but focus a bit oft.
TFS.
