Merci Jean-Michel.

Always wanted to see one of these in the flesh, apparently there were/are a few wild in the UK having escaped and bred. Very good photo.

Great catch, it posed you like a model and waited for you to take its picture.
Very good picture.
I think it is about time to brush its teeth...

Give it a toothbrush yes but for the love of God don't give it a mirror, it'll die of fright!
Excellent picture Jean Michel, the focus is spot on and I like the lighting. Well done.

I can't say I've seen or heard of this critta before. He needs a toothbrusg I think. Love his pose and his hands and feet and I'd hate my cat to bring one these home as a gift for us. Good shot Jean Michel, and thanks for showing.

Great picture. But may be it merits a slight cropping on the top to remove the distracting background made of of these dead trees on the floor.

I've not seen one of these before, what a weird looking rodent. He definately needs a tooth brush!
Really nice composition with good detail of the fur and hands/feet. Perfect DOF. Well done.

Take me to your Leader, Earthling!
Jean Michel, this is a new one for me, thanks, I went and checked up, as I was thinking about the capybara. I like the pose, right out of an Allen Dean Forster SCFI novel! ANd the buckteeth should nevr be brushed, it adds the only bit of colour to his otherwuse drab pelt. TFS
