This is a detail of wings of the dragonfly with blue eyes (see my others photos)
It's like a piece of church stained glass window ...

The focus is not good on all photo because :
- Hand held camera
- Dragon fly was moving because of wing
- natural light
=> so I had to use 1/200 speed to minimize motion blur
=> very little DOF and unluky the wings was not in the same plane, but details on the upper wing are very sharp

nice concept but the out of focus front wing detracts from the back one. also focus seems strange, was this shot through glass?

how wonderful.
i have driven myself to disraction trying to capture a dragonfly that it has become a joke in my family!!
the small panes of colour are amazing and i really like the tear in the bottom wing.
i look forward to viewing more of your work.
