| We were on a trip from the Northern coast of Brittany to the Sept Isles where we found a colony of Gannets peparing their nests ready for laying. This was the first time I had seen Gannets carrying these fronds of seaweed. I always thought that they just nested on piles of hollowed out guana. They are a beautiful graceful bird, unfortunately they were not fishing as I hoped to get some diving shots. |
