This sparrow was sitting at Colonnes des Girondins monument situated at Esplanade des Quinconces in Bordeaux, France. This was built in homage to representatives of the Gironde guillotined during the French Revolution.

Hi Katarzyna
A cute capture of your little sparrow, he is a bit dark and hard to see. If you have a photo editing program (there are free programs that you can download Picasa) I would try to lighting this. The detail and composition is great.
