| The Cranes are very strongly concentrated in a relatively small area, mostly north of Highway 105 between Stralsund and Ribnitz-Damgarten (in case you want to challenge GoogleEarth) and the West of the island of Rügen. |

Wonderful capture of these Cranes Ton.
Perfect timing t get them just right against the lightest part of the sky,and perfect sharpness.

Hi Ton!
I'm glad to discover your gallery that I didn't know yet. I'm also glad to notice that we both use the same camera (sony alpha 700).
I like this picture very much because it changes from the usual sunset pictures. The main subject are the elegant cranes that contrast so well with the nicely coloured sky. It's also fine to see that the small cloud formations behind them highlight their appearance with similar shapes.

Hello Ton,
Very nice capture of these cranes'silhouettes in the sunset. Very good sharpness. Superb colours. They are lots of possibilities for cropping, I wonder what I would have done.
