Hello Peter,
This looks like an immature adult and is hard to identify. Anyway, it was good of you to rescue it as it looks very beautiful here! It is an excellent composition showing sharp details and good colours.

I'm back with a normal critique :)
This is really a formidable macro shot!
I'm so impressed by the clarity of every details here, esecailly the lovely reflection on its delicate wings.
The exposure here is very well managed and that saturated the colors well, the DOF is impeccable and it kept all the subject in full focus while blurring the BG out so nicely and the side POV is excellent.
I also like the diagonal composition here.
All-in-all: a superb job!

PS: i was wonderrring if i could help you, my friend, but since i have that color problem, i simply cannot tell what color this damsel is. I can only say it's one of these 2: Ischnura elegans (possibly a type 2 or 3 coloration) or a Ischnura pumilio.
If you can simply tell me in words what colors it presents, i mught find out more :)
