Hi Peter.
Dragon-fly's interesting picture, it holds on strongly how wind would want her to blow off. very good sharpness and composition.
I greet Robert.

Hello Peter,
A rather bizarre but well photographed image of a badly injured male Ischnura elegans. The fine OOF BG, lighting and composition set it off very well but the mystery of how this damselfly had this fate will remain.
Thanks for sharing this unusual spectacle,
Best wishes, Ivan

Salut Peter
Cette photo en macro de cette belle demoiselle est superbe.
Les couleurs sont belles, les détails très précis, et dépouillée de tout artifice dans l'arrière plan, ce qui met en valeur le sujet.
Félicitations merci et amitié...JP

Hello Peter,
Technically good picture. Very good management of the light and splendid colours. Very nice background, too. These damselflies are so delicate insects that I feel a little bit sad seeing this picture. They will have to be very cautious in the next few weeks: frogs will be very numerous this year.
Cheers,
Mariki

Peter, I think some predator had a go at this Damselfly and split its abdomen. The poor thing is almost dead.
This is a good capture of a situation that exhibits the workings on nature. The image is sharp and the details are perfect but then with the kind of situation it depicts, one could only wish that this damselfly were alive and well.

Lively, well saturated picture. But the note is disheartening.
