Well, I may be quite illiterate about Megaloptera etc., but one thing is sure: I love this marvellous image of a winged creature you have shot so very well, Peter.
The POV is outstanding and so are the perfectly sharp details on the insect.
Thanks and regards.
Ram

Hallo Peter,
Dieter

Bonjour Peter

Hello Peter,

Excellent picture of this insect. Excellent composition and sharpness. A pity that it did not decide to show better its head. Excellent reproduction of the texture of the wing venation. Excellent exposure and very good colours.
Cheers,
Mariki

Hello Peter,
The fine sharpness and DOF allows us to see the far wing of this Alder Fly with great clarity. The lighting and details are excellent and the diagonal composition on the stem against the OOF sky and greenery very pleasing.
A fine image and thanks for sharing it,
Best wishes, Ivan

Ciao Peter, superb macro with fantastic details, splendid colors and excellent sharpness, very well done, ciao Silvio

Lieber Peter,
Anne
